Luxury housing has become a robust and consistent segment of the Montreal real estate market, with Westmount, Outremont and T.M.R. among the most sought after neighbourhoods in this category. It is notable that even with the April figures included, prices in these areas have held steady and days on market have not increased over 2019, though the number of transactions has understandably decreased.
The Montreal Luxury Condo Market
